I've always been pleased with Starbucks until this morning, I ordered a double smoked bacon and egg sandwich and when I got to the window to pay, the young man that checked me out had no gloves on when he was fixing my sandwich and he was dealing with cards and money and I was unhappy with that and started to tell him to keep the sandwich which is probably what happened with the car in front of me..Smh

went inside right now to pick up my mobile drink. I payed for extra caramel drizzle and they didn’t even put it in. waste of money. get it together Starbucks. 😐

I visit this Starbucks almost every morning and love the convenience of the in store pickup after placing my order online. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks are great. However, there’s an ongoing issue with the drive-thru line often blocking the parking spots. It can make it really challenging to park or exit smoothly. It would be great if the line could be adjusted so that it doesn’t block the parking area. Overall, I appreciate the service and hope this can be improved. (Update) I thought of a great idea this morning whine going back. Cones would work 🚧 lol

Honestly, I left pretty upset. I ordered one large coffee and three small ones, and all four came with barely any coffee inside. How is it possible that not even the large one was filled properly? You pay for a specific size expecting to get what you paid for—not cups that are half empty. It really feels like they’re charging full price but serving half the product. Very disappointing experience. Hopefully they get it together, because like this, it really makes you not want to come back.

Stopped by today to get my daughter a drink for her birthday. Ordered 3 to start off the customer service sucks! They don’t even make you feel welcomed. You’re not greeted properly or even with a smile. My drink wasn’t even topped off to the top. This location definitely needs improvement.
